We are proud to provide the highest quality lettuce and greens around, and we love to work with our chefs to help them create their innovative and delicious offerings.
We currently offer Romaine, Bibb, various leaf lettuces, red and green Summer Crisp lettuce, and Little Gem varieties. We have red, green, purple, and variegated colors, as well as a number of different leaf shapes and crispness textures.
We also offer Swiss chard, kale, watercress, mizuna, pak choi, tatsoi, endive, dandelion greens, red- and green-veined sorrel, celery, pea shoots, mustards, radicchio, and a rotating selection of other greens, micro greens, and herbs.
